If you need to cancel your order, you must do so quickly!

 

 

EPCO is dedicated to providing the best customer service, which includes the quick and accurate processing of orders. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible! A phone call is preferred 888 414-3726. Orders usually ship out quickly, often within a matter of a couple hours and almost always within 24 hours. It is imperative that you contact us so we can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Once your order has left our facility we are unable to adjust or cancel it.

 

Keep in mind that our office and warehouse operate 8:00 – 5:00 EST, Monday through Friday. If you’ve placed an order after business hours it won’t be processed until the next morning. Likewise, if you place an order over the weekend it won’t be processed until Monday or the next business day. In these circumstances you’ll have more time to successfully cancel an order.

 

If your order cannot be cancelled prior to shipping, and you selected a UPS shipping option, a Return to Sender Delivery Intercept can be initiated for an $11 fee. Alternatively, items may be returned within 30 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note, customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to EPCO.
